All supplies and our “Created with You in Mind” items ship within 5 to 10 days unless it is a custom order, in which case the timing will vary depending on the piece. 
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that, but we cannot guarantee a faster processing time. 
Order shipping time for “Created With You in Mind” items depends on Custom Made vs. Made to Order vs. Pre-Made.

Custom Made, Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it is handcrafted.
All products are handcrafted but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 5 to 10 business days to be created for you. If the order is a custom order, the timing might be longer and will vary depending on the piece.

Pre-made example: color and metal embossing are as is, as in listing.

Made-to-order example: standard products can be customized by choosing your color and metal embossing design.  These choices will be available on the listing.  Not all products have this option.

A custom made example: we have worked together on your design and you had approved the design before we handcrafted it for you.


The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being handcrafted to order. 

  • Care for your products by wiping with a dry-damp cloth if needed.
  • Your product may be damaged if too much pressure is applied to a high relief area of the metal embossing.
  • The metal embossing of your project can be scratch if wiped with something coarse or with sharp objects.
  • Paint might also fade if exposed to the sun for long periods of time.

Custom Orders

We love creating products from “scratch” e.g., bespoke gifts, corporate, etc. Please contact us for information, details, and quotes.
Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time.


ESMERIC ART primarily uses Canada Post for shipping.

International Shipping

We happily support and love our international customers.
At present, we ship internationally to the following countries … 

  • United States of America
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

All products ship internationally through Canada Post, or at the customer’s preference, in which case shipping will be calculated and charged accordingly. Please contact us at info@esmericart.com to confirm your preferred shipping method is available.

ESMERIC ART is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during the importation of your package.

Cost Calculation

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order, both Nationally and Internationally.
We have a low flat rate for domestic and international orders with a choice of tracking your order. You can finalize your shipment choice during checkout. ESMERIC ART can not guarantee delivery of your order unless you choose the tracking option.
There might be some instances where we will contact you when parcels are oversized or too heavy for standard flat rate shipping.

Our return policy is valid for 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All items returned must be undamaged, except for proof of shipping damage, unused, and include all parts.

Exempt from being returned: 

  • Personalized and/or custom goods, unless you contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof of the shipping damage
  • Digital Downloads
  • Sale items
  • Discount items
  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) 

  • Any item not in its original condition, the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  We will notify you when this process has been completed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

  • If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@esmericart.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items (also see exempt from being return) may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, send us an email at info@esmericart.com within 7 days with photo proof for defective or damaged confirmation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own cost for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund-exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary, pending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over CAD$50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  ESMERIC ART does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
